How to reach the Company about Corom, and how to make a privacy request.
Our contact details will be published here before these terms take effect. Until then, customers can reach us through their usual contact with us, and anyone can use the privacy request form below.
What to write to us about
- Help with the Service: questions, problems and requests from Customers and their users.
- Your data: a copy of your organization’s data, deleting it, or a question about personal information. See our Privacy Policy and use the form below.
- Security: reporting a possible weakness or incident. See our Security page.
- Legal notices under our Terms of Service, and requests for our Data Processing Addendum.
Privacy requests
Use this form to ask for a copy of your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to ask a question about it. It works for people in the United States and the United Kingdom, and you do not need an account.
We reply by email. We may ask you to confirm who you are first. We answer within one month for UK requests and within 45 days for US requests, and tell you if we need longer as the law allows. If you are named in a Customer’s records, such as a driver or a contact at a supplier, we pass your request to that Customer, because it decides about those records.
We keep what you send, with the network address and time, to answer and keep a record of your request. See section 8 of our Privacy Policy for how long.
